Description
Pokemon Unova Red is a reimagining of Generation 1, but uses the Pokedex from Generation 5. The reason for this is that, similar to the original Pokedex, the Unova Pokedex was designed to be a standalone game without Pokemon from additional regions. The plot is virtually identical to the Generation 1 games, the only major change being the Pokemon available.
